is host to the inaugural Death Symposium. Toronto has been at the forefront of the death-care and education movement in Canada, giving birth to many organizations, associations and training programs. It has become a vibrant, forward thinking hub for social justice movements in end of life care, sustainability and wellness. Our partners at the University of Toronto will be home to this historical gathering.
Our goal is to use the city's busy and vibrant streets and parks to create public displays calling our community to reflect on their death - as a way to celebrate life now!
